Marek Skrobacki, legal counsel

Marek Skrobacki provides legal assistance to companies since 1998. In the years 2007-2012 he served as General Counsel of a television broadcaster.
In his practice focuses on the legal aspects of the media business. He has participated in administrative proceedings related to the electronic media, including changes concerning the broadcasting licenses (before the National Broadcasting Council), as well as in proceedings before the courts and in the legislative process.
He has experience in a comprehensive restructuring of liabilities of enterprises and negotiating key contracts.He advised on the creation of business projects (shareholders agreements in joint-venture projects, project financing).
He graduated from the Center for the American Law Studies (University of Florida, University of Warsaw).
