Maciej Małanicz – Przybylski, barrister

Maciej specializes in legal disputes and corporate law issues, working for reputable Polish law offices since 2005. As a part of the legal disputes practice at MDDP, Maciej advises in administrative, commercial, civil and fiscal penal proceedings. He helps our Clients also in public procurement disputes (before the National Appeals Chamber and the courts of appeal). His experience includes as well the antitrust proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority. Among others, he worked for clients representing energy (incl. renewable energy), insurance, publishing, automotive and armament sectors. Member of the Warsaw Bar. Maciej has graduated at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw as well as accomplished scholarship at the Georg-August-Universität in Göttingen (Germany). He speaks German and English.
