Anna Atanasow, barrister’s trainee
Anna is a lawyer with more than 6 years of experience in civil, economic and commercial law, as well as administrative proceedings, with a particular focus levied on real-estate transactional issues. She cooperated with notable foreign and Polish law firms, advising Polish and foreign investors on all aspects of real-estate investment, including the examination of real-estates’ legal status (due diligence), purchase, lease and development of real-estates. She prepared and negotiated lease contracts concerning commercial surface in Poland’s biggest shopping centers. Anna participated in a number of widespread projects, including an analysis of the legal status of real-estates covered with structures belonging to electrical and heating plants, as well as lignite mines, legal analysis of real-estates allocated to the construction of wind farms, and an examination of numerous lease contracts concerning commercial surface in shopping centers belonging to one of Europe’s leading players in this sector. Moreover, Anna has provided day-to-day advice on the purchase and development of real-estates for one of world’s biggest retail networks. |
