She participates in negotiations with employee representatives and represents clients in court proceedings related to employment matters
She supports clients in their day-to-day operations e.g. by drafting, among others, documents concerning the establishment and termination of employment relationships, as well as internal regulations and policies regarding employee issues
She provides trainings on labour law and employment of foreigners
