The 5th edition of the “Work 4.0 Solutions for Business” conference held by Polish Konfederacja Lewiatan, focused primarily on potential scenarios for the near and further future of the labour market.
The last day of the event, 15th February 2021, saw a meeting “Reporting work contracts to ZUS Social Security Institution from 1 January 2021 – a new obligation for employers” led by Anna Misiak, Personal Tax Practice and Advisory Services for Employers at MDDP Practice at MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic i Partnerzy and Agata Kałwińska , Lawyer at MDDP Olkiewicz and Partners. During the meeting, the experts answered some of the most important questions that employers ask themselves in the face of the ongoing pandemic:
- How shall one prepare for reporting specific work contracts to ZUS Social Security Institution?
- What is the difference between a specific task contract and a mandate contract?
- When can a specific work contract be questioned by ZUS Social Security Institution?
- What consequences does the employer have to face with regard PIT and social security contributions when a specific work contract is reclassified?
